SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are dispatched from Wagga Wagga, New South Wales. All orders are shipped with Australia Post, with tracking available.

 

Orders over $120: shipped with FREE Shipping.

Orders under $120: Standard Shipping available for $7.50 

​

We aim to dispatch the majority of orders 1 - 3 business days from purchase. 

​

All local orders in the Wagga Wagga area will be personally delivered free of charge... service with a smile :)

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for an exchange or return, you must meet and adhere to the following criteria:

  • The request must be lodged within 30 days of your order date.

  • The product(s) must be in original condition. 

  • Shipment of the product(s) back to our address will be at cost to the customer. We recommend using a parcel service with tracking, as we are not liable for returns that do not make it to us.

We will inspect the product(s). Approve or decline your exchange/return request judging by the condition of the product. 

  • If your request is approved, our team will process the request. In the case of an exchange, the postage back to the customer is free of charge. Please note: if we are unable to fulfil your exchange request, we will contact you to arrange either a refund or another exchange option.

  • If your request is declined, the product(s) will be shipped back to the customer (free of charge).
